About

Therapy and psychological assessment with a warm, practical, and relational approach, grounded in clinical excellence and connected with the Cache Valley community.

I started Naomi Peak Psychology to create a space where careful, evidence-based work and genuine human connection can sit side by side. I wanted a practice where there was room for both clear answers and open-ended exploration, and where people in Cache Valley, Utah could access thoughtful care grounded in both clinical excellence and lived experience.

About Naomi Peak Psychology

Naomi Peak Psychology is a small, locally owned practice based in Logan, Utah. The name comes from Naomi Peak, the highest point in the Bear River mountain range, and it reflects the kind of work we do here—steady, thoughtful, and rooted in the local community.

At Naomi Peak Psychology, I offer therapy, psychological assessment, and educational resources to help people better understand themselves and move toward lives that feel more grounded and workable.

Our Values

Here at Naomi Peak, we understand that values are an essential aspect of life. Values help define priorities, guide our actions, and provide stability and consistency throughout different phases of life. At Naomi Peak Psychology, the core values that guide our work are:

  • Clinical Excellence → Our clinical work is firmly grounded in evidence-based practices and a commitment to lifelong learning
  • High-Quality Relationships → Our mission is to build and maintain high quality working relationships with clients and the Cache Valley community. We are equally committed to helping clients experience healthier and more fulfilled relationships in their own lives.
  • Community → As a psychologist and a local business, it is important to us to meaningfully and positively contribute to the Cache Valley community by providing education, community outreach, and high-quality clinical services.
  • Flourishing and Resilience → Our work is deeply rooted in my 6+ years of experience researching human flourishing. For us, the goal isn't simply reducing symptoms, but helping people live fuller, more stable lives.

Our Approach to Care

We are committed to providing thoughtful, emotionally present, and practical services—whether therapy, assessment, education, or community engagement. In therapy, the work is more open-ended and exploratory. In assessment, it’s more structured and focused on answering specific questions and offering clear recommendations. Both are grounded in careful attention, respect, and a realistic view of what change looks like over time.

We also recognize the importance of proactive, preventative care through education and outreach. We offer free, high-quality educational articles on various aspects of mental health and wellness. Our articles are grounded in research, clinical expertise, and lived experience. We aim to write pieces that are thought provoking, help start important conversations, and provide practical tips for use in daily life. Our goal for community engagement and outreach is to provide a stable presence in the community and raise awareness of mental health and wellness.
