Psychological Assessments

What is psychological a assessment?

A psychological assessment is a structured process to help answer questions about the ways you think, learn, and function in daily life.

We start by clarifying what you want to understand: attention, learning, memory, mood, behavior, or a combination of these. I then use interviews, standardized tests, and questionnaires to gather information. The goal is not just to give you scores, but to make sense of the pattern they form and what that means for you in real life.

Who is assessment for?

Assessment may be a good fit if:

  • You’re wondering whether ADHD, a learning difference, or autism might be part of your story.
  • You’ve worked hard in school or work but still struggle in ways that are hard to explain.
  • You’ve tried therapy or medication, but something still feels “off” or not fully understood.
  • You need clear documentation for academic accommodations, workplace adjustments, or other supports.

What will you leave with?

After the assessment, you will receive:

  • A clear explanation of the findings, in plain language.
  • A description of you strengths and areas of difficulty.
  • Clear recommendations for school, work, and daily life (for example: accommodations, study strategies, therapy, medication consultation, or other services).
  • A written report you can share—with you permission—with other providers or institutions as needed.

My aim is that you walk away not just with labels or scores, but with a clearer understanding of what's going on and a practical plan for what to do next.
