Licensed Psychologist, Owner—Naomi Peak Psychology
Accepting new clients
I’m a psychologist based in northern Utah and the owner of Naomi Peak Psychology. I work with adults and older teens who are navigating stress, doubt, and change in the middle of full lives—school, work, family, and everything in between. My style is warm, practical, and relational. I aim to be both a steady presence and an active partner in your care.
In therapy, I tend to be curious, grounded, and collaborative. I’m interested in what it actually feels like to be you, how your past and present meet, and what helps you move toward a life that feels more workable and meaningful to you. I don’t come in with a script for who you should be. Instead, we pay close attention together and experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others.
In psychological assessment, I’m more structured and direct. My goal is to understand your strengths and challenges clearly, answer the questions that brought you in, and offer concrete recommendations you can use in school, work, and daily life. You can expect a straightforward process, clear communication, and written feedback you can share with other providers or institutions as needed.
I most often work with people who are:
I completed my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Miami. My clinical training has included work in university counseling centers, community mental health clinics, and private practice. My assessment work has focused on ADHD, learning concerns, autism, and general psychological functioning in adolescents and adults. My previous research with Dr. Blaine Fowers explored flourishing, resilience, and the role of values in living a meaningful life, and those themes often inform how I understand and support my clients.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my family and enjoy being in the mountains around northern Utah. I’m often reading, cooking, or learning something new.
